We stopped at the Visitor's Center and visited with Sister Tia Pennerman, a friend we met through the Barbers. Tia went on a river trip with us two summers ago and, since she'll be released from her mission in just 6 weeks, she's planning to come with us in the summer of '09! Tia is from the Bahamas where Phil and Sally Barber served their 2nd mission.

Oh yea! How come you didn't tell me you saw Tia? Isn't she the greatest? Did she take you on a tour of the Visitor Center. We got to see lots of cool stuff when we visited her this summer. I can't wait to go camping with her again this summer. She's such a hoot! Remember the picture of her with the pink hair just about to go through Kahuna? Her posing for the camera with the absolute biggest smile I have EVER seen! Love it!
